Cynergy Alliance Limited is a consultancy company that was established early 2012 specializing in Cruise Port Operations including but not limited to many different components, such as; construction & refurbishing, retailing, tender & tour operation, security, legal and governmental affairs… all inclusive of over 12 years of experience in the related fields.
It is a Belizean owned company, incorporated under the Laws of Belize but has several local and International partners that specialize in specific core disciplines as required depending on the scope of project demands.
Our most recent engagement completed was for Norwegian Cruise Lines on the Harvest Caye Development project on a private island in Southern Belize. The initial scope of engagement was to offer general guidelines for the retailing component, which evolved into a comprehensive design, restructuring and implementation of an All-embracing Retailing Matrix. This included; identification of new profit centers, drafting and execute lease agreements with short and long term tenants as well as make recommendations for ongoing operational policies among other modules.
