This island development is enormous consisting of over 60 Estate Homes, 45 Villas, and some over the water studio cabanas for rent. There is also a main resort and numerous other excursion and activity locations. The project is Sponsored by Leonardo Di Caprio (actor/conservationist) . NXT and team worked with the developers in the early stages to discuss the main infrastructure works. The project is just on the cusp of starting and as it awaits its final verdict from the Department of Environment.
